Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients undergoing rehabilitation in their homes, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate varied therapeutic techniques including exercise prescriptions, manual therapy, and the application of modalities to alleviate pain.
• Utilize assistive devices as necessary, ensuring proper fitting and training for both patients and their families to enhance self-care and mobility.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, keeping detailed records of treatments and outcomes in adherence to regulatory standards.
• Engage with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on home exercise programs and the importance of adherence to therapeutic activities to facilitate recovery.
• Stay updated on industry best practices by participating in educational workshops, conferences, and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be primarily working with a diverse patient demographic consisting of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation. Our care philosophy emphasizes holistic and patient-centered approaches, ensuring that therapy aligns with the unique needs and circumstances of each individual.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in an orthopedic setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and engage with patients.
• Proficiency in word processing and record-keeping software.
• Adaptability to work in various home environments with a compassionate demeanor.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
