People Operations Human Resource Manager
What You'll Do:- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of professional, technical, and operational positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Represent the organization at networking functions, workforce development events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Drive improvements to onboarding programs, ensuring new hires have a structured and engaging transition experience.
- Support performance management initiatives, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Partner with managers to improve employee engagement, communication, and workplace culture.
- Coordinate employee feedback programs and assist leadership in translating results into actionable initiatives.
- Oversee various HR programs including leave administration, accommodations, benefits support, and annual enrollment activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, talent development, and performance management.
- Experience supporting organizational growth and change initiatives.
