Job Description

People Operations Human Resource Manager

What You'll Do:

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of professional, technical, and operational positions.
Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
Represent the organization at networking functions, workforce development events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
Drive improvements to onboarding programs, ensuring new hires have a structured and engaging transition experience.
Support performance management initiatives, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Partner with managers to improve employee engagement, communication, and workplace culture.
Coordinate employee feedback programs and assist leadership in translating results into actionable initiatives.
Oversee various HR programs including leave administration, accommodations, benefits support, and annual enrollment activities.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, talent development, and performance management.
Experience supporting organizational growth and change initiatives.

Pay Details: $94,500.00 to $116,000.00 per year
