About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the digital expansion of its client acquisition efforts and national education platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing the firm's digital acquisition strategy across various online channels, building and managing data-driven marketing funnels, and optimizing for lead flow. This role also involves leading the SEO strategy, including traditional and AI-driven search optimization, and implementing aggressive geographic search strategies. The Head of Growth Marketing will oversee a multi-channel content production system, manage the firm's media presence, and drive social growth to enhance top-of-funnel awareness. Applicants for the Head of Growth Marketing position at the company should be visionary and hands-on leaders with a proven track record in digital marketing. The role requires expertise in scalable digital client acquisition, SEO, AI search visibility, and multi-channel content production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MarTech, data, and analytics, and be adept at managing the necessary infrastructure to ensure lead tracking and attribution. Experience in performance reporting, and vendor management, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape are essential. The Head of Growth Marketing will play a pivotal role in the firm's goal of doubling its annual revenue, and as such, a results-oriented and innovative approach to growth is a must.
