About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in owning end-to-end marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing marketing team and will be instrumental in partnering with sales, product, and design to ensure alignment in go-to-market efforts. Daily responsibilities include managing a team of marketing specialists and driving growth and demand for the company's marketing initiatives. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a background in financial services, with 5-9 years' of marketing experience. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent work experience is required, along with some level of management experience. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in building and scaling growth engines, including expertise in content strategy, performance, SEO, and community-led growth. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools is essential, and experience in cross-channel content distribution is a key requirement. The ideal candidate will be adept at turning insights and storytelling into measurable inbound demand generation and brand authority. A degree in finance, business, or related fields is a plus.
