Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking for the opportunity to be part of a new chef-driven restaurant opening in Philadelphia ?

We're seeking a hands-on culinary leader who enjoys building teams, developing kitchen systems, and delivering consistently excellent food in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to join an experienced culinary leadership team and help establish the kitchen culture and standards from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop BOH team members
• Lead by example during service and maintain strong execution standards
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timing
• Manage ordering, inventory, food cost, and labor goals
• Help establish kitchen systems, training, and operational procedures
• Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
• Build a positive, accountable, team-oriented kitchen culture

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, upscale casual, or polished casual restaurant
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Hands-on approach to kitchen leadership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced opening environment
• Restaurant opening experience preferred, but not required
• Culinary degree is a plus, but not required
