What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Swiss lathes to produce precision metal and plastic components
  
  
• Perform programming adjustments and verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments
  
  
• Troubleshoot tooling, wear, offsets, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering and production to improve processes and maintain quality
  
  
• Document setups, measurements, and adjustments for accuracy and traceability
  
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of CNC Swiss setup and operation experience
  
  
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and understand G-code/M-code
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
