Workers' Compensation Associate

Our client, a well-established litigation firm in Atlanta, is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This position offers the opportunity to handle a high-volume caseload while developing expertise in workers’ compensation law, representing employers, carriers, and third-party administrators in all phases of claims and litigation.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
- 2–6 years of workers’ compensation experience (defense-side preferred)
