Production Support Assistant

PRODUCTION SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Pay: $18/hr

schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Support Assistant to support daily manufacturing operations by setting up jobs, completing production tasks, inspecting products, and preparing finished goods for packaging and shipment. This role is responsible for maintaining quality standards through thorough inspections and identifying defects.

The ideal candidate is committed to quality, teamwork, and workplace safety, and thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older with a High school diploma or equivalent required
• ability to pass required background, OIG, and MVR checks
• Able to perform physical movement and lift up to 50 lbs
• Prior experience in a production environment is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare production jobs according to specifications
• Complete production, finishing, and packaging tasks accurately and efficiently
• Perform quality inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
