Accounts Payable ManagerCompensation: $70,000 – $80,000 Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)Why This Opportunity Stands Out:Join a well-established and growing real estate organization in a high-impact leadership roleLead a high-volume, multi-entity Accounts Payable function with strong visibility across the organizationPartner directly with Accounting, Treasury, and Operations leaders on key financial initiativesOpportunity to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive operational efficienciesManage and develop a dedicated AP team within a collaborative environmentStable organization with strong long-term career growth opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and paid holidaysIdeal for an AP leader who enjoys building teams, creating efficiencies, and making a measurable impactKey Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Manager:Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-entity Accounts Payable departmentLead, mentor, and develop AP staff while ensuring deadlines and performance goals are metManage vendor onboarding, payment processing, check runs, ACH and wire payments, and vendor relationshipsReview and approve invoices, payment batches, manual payments, and exception transactionsPartner with Treasury and Accounting to support cash management and timely disbursementsOversee month-end AP close activities, reconciliations, and reportingEnsure compliance with internal controls, company policies, vendor documentation, and 1099 reporting requirementsAnalyze AP metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements and automationServe as the escalation point for vendor issues and complex AP mattersSupport audits, special projects, and ongoing financial operationsQualifications for the Accounts Payable Manager:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience2+ years of AP leadership or supervisory experienceExperience managing a high-volume, multi-entity Accounts Payable functionStrong knowledge of full-cycle AP processes, vendor management, reconciliations, and 1099 reportingStrong Excel skills and experience utilizing ERP systemsReal estate, property management, or corporate accounting experience is a plusExcellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
