Outbound contact center focused on securing enrollments into our energy‑saving programs. Will make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address their energy needs. Location Remote; can be located anywhere in the US. Core Responsibilities Drive success in a high‑volume outbound sales environment using a fast‑paced dialer to contact utility customers and encourage enrollment in energy‑saving programs. Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals. Identify eligibility and consistently close enrollments. Participate in training sessions and collaborate in a remote team environment. Earn commission based on defined metrics. Ideally bilingual to serve Spanish‑speaking customers. Day‑1 Applicability Requirements Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls. Expertly navigate a script. Support customers with technical inquiries. Comfort with a scheduled work day that includes set lunches and breaks. Appreciation for goals and performance metrics. Desired Candidate Profile High School Diploma or GED (required). Typing speed of 35+ WPM. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Minimum 6 months of customer‑facing experience; Call Center experience preferred. Ability to thrive in an intensive environment while managing multiple platforms. Sales‑oriented, customer‑service focused. “How can I help you?” attitude. Remote Work Requirements We provide a laptop, software, and all necessary equipment. Home Internet Requirements 10 Mbps upload, 20 Mbps download, 99% latency. Google “free speed test” if unsure. Hardwired internet, plug directly into router. Environment Dedicated home office space, free of personal disruptions. Two power connections. Full phone availability throughout shift; no flexibility to answer door or be on‑call for others during scheduled hours. Compensation $18 per hour + $65 per month internet stipend. Assessment & Compliance An assessment must be completed before consideration. DOT requirements apply where applicable.
