Free Bus Pass Here is what you will be doing each day: The Assistant Accounting Manager supports the daily financial operations of the hotel by assisting with accounting functions, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, audits, and compliance procedures. This role helps ensure accurate financial records, supports departmental managers, and maintains compliance with company policies and hospitality accounting standards. Here is what you will be doing each day: Assist in managing daily accounting operations for the hotel. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports. Assist with inventory and audit processes. Assist the Director of Finance with special projects and operational analysis. Other duties as assigned Does this sound like you? You must have the ability to communicate in English. Lightspeed experience preferred. Self-starting personality with even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to compile facts and figures. Ability to operate personal computer and calculator.
