A rooftop bar and restaurant located on the 15th floor of Hotel Indigo Lower East Side captures the vibrant and artistic spirit of the LES. Designed by internationally acclaimed design firm Crme Design, the space recreates an artist-loft ambiance.
Job Description
We are seeking talented Breakfast Cooks to join our team! Experience is an absolute must. Hours would be 6am-noon. We are looking for professional cooks to prepare food to the exact chef's specifications and to set up stations for menu. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Qualifications
Requirements: Must have 3+ year experience in high volume breakfast kitchen
Must be willing and able to: Setup station with all necessary supplies Accuracy and speed in executing assigned task Followed standardized recipes to assure highest quality of food served Prepared high quality, great tasting meals Insured proper food storage, cleanliness, safe food practices and adherence to State Health Dept standards Fostered team work, safety, and professionalism Assisted chefs with any task needed
Location
NOTE - Tax withholding is calculated using Federal and New York State 2022 income tax guidelines. For simplification, we've assumed "single" marital status and no additional income. This does not represent any legal authority and is just an estimate used for approximation purposes.
