Qualifications:

• Active and valid LBS1 certification required
• Background in Special Education teaching, preferably within K-12 settings
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate students with various learning challenges
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages growth and participation
• Track student progress and report outcomes to stakeholders
• Participate in regular IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
