Whether your strengths lie in developing new customer relationships or negotiating with carriers to move freight, we’ll match your skills with the right sales path. What You’ll Do As a Logistics Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in moving freight across North America while building lasting relationships within the transportation industry. Depending on your experience and strengths, you’ll focus on either the Customer Sale s or Carrier Sale s side of our freight brokerage. Prospect and develop new shipper relationships through outbound cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals. Build and manage a book of business by identifying transportation needs and providing customized logistics solutions. Negotiate pricing, secure freight opportunities, and maintain strong customer partnerships. Coordinate with carrier sales and operations teams to ensure exceptional service and successful freight execution. Meet and exceed activity and revenue goals while growing your customer portfolio. Source and develop relationships with carriers across North America. Negotiate competitive rates while securing capacity for customer shipments. Manage freight from pickup through delivery while proactively resolving transportation issues. Build a reliable carrier network through consistent communication and relationship management. Collaborate with customer sales representatives to provide outstanding service and maximize profitability. What We’re Looking For Sales-minded individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Comfortable making outbound phone calls and building business through proactive outreach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Previous sales, customer service, transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage experience is a plus but not required.
