Business Development Manager

Working arrangement: Remote-first, with one day per month in person Traveltrust is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our presence in the US market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales process from initial outreach through to contract. This is an ideal opportunity for an independent and commercially driven professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work while being part of a supportive, international team. Key responsibilities: Identify and develop new corporate and high-end travel business opportunities Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Develop relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers Prepare proposals, presentations, and tailored travel solutions Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract Represent Traveltrust at relevant networking and industry events Work closely with our operational and leadership teams to support sustainable growth About you: Experience selling travel services preferred, ideally within corporate travel A proven ability to generate leads and win new business Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused Comfortable working independently and managing your own priorities Ideally based in the Los Angeles area Able to attend our coworking space in Los Angeles or San Diego one day per month We offer a competitive remuneration package, attractive benefits, flexible remote working, and the opportunity to play an important role in the continued growth of an established global travel management company. #J-18808-Ljbffr Traveltrust
