As an Assistant Controller, you will work closely with leadership to support financial operations, improve reporting accuracy, analyze business performance, and help drive strategic decision-making. Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics. Assist with monthly and annual closing activities. Support financial audits, filings, and compliance requirements. Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations. Help improve financial processes and reporting accuracy. Contribute to strategic planning and business decision-making. What You’ll Bring Accounting, finance, or related experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
