This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, including the preparation of financial reports, maintenance of accurate financial records, and implementation of robust controls and budgeting systems. The goal is to minimize risk, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and maintain compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: ManageAccounts Receivableprocesses, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling customer accounts. Recordroutine journal entriesandbank transactionsaccurately and timely. Processaccounts payable billsandcredit card transactionsas needed. Executemonth-end closing activitiesand perform account reconciliations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conductbank reconciliationsregularly. Provide support to team members and collaborate across departments as required. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS WONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION? The right candidate will exhibit good business judgment and acumen and be both confident and flexible in their views. This position will require the ability to work with multiple business units to acquire operational knowledge and execute departmental initiatives. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills are a must. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting working experiences including accounts receivable, journal entries, month-end closing and reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
