About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join their marketing department. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns from concept to completion. Write compelling copy and design visually appealing email templates that align with brand guidelines. Manage email lists, segment audiences, and personalize campaigns for optimal engagement. Implement A/B testing for subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to improve campaign performance. Monitor email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., POPIA). Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align email efforts with broader strategies. Manage the email marketing platform and troubleshoot any technical issues. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and customer engagement. Requirements Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, Executive, or similar role. Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar. Strong copywriting and editing skills with a focus on persuasive marketing language. Experience in email list segmentation and automation. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign analysis. Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting. Good HTML/CSS skills for email template customization are a plus. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
