Calling all passionate Special Education professionals! An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Intervention Specialist at a K-8 charter school in the Cleveland area. This role is vital for supporting students in a dynamic environment that values arts, social sciences, and inclusive education—perfect for educators eager to make a meaningful impact. Key Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License required
Experience in special education, preferably in K-8 settings
Comfortable providing on-site support throughout the school year
Able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
Reliable and flexible, adapting to individual student needs

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct special education services and interventions tailored to students’ IEPs
Work one-on-one and with small groups to provide differentiated instruction
Collaborate with classroom teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
Track and document student progress, implementing adjustments as needed
Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and ongoing professional development
