Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License
• Previous Special Education teaching experience, particularly in K–8 settings
• Enthusiasm for working in charter schools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and complete onboarding requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in close partnership with families and support staff
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
• Collaborate with general educators and support staff to differentiate instruction
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed to encourage growth
• Participate in training opportunities and school-wide initiatives
