Compensation: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience and performance What You’ll Do: As the central point of coordination for our rental and loaner fleet, you will: Manage the Fleet Coordinate daily scheduling and availability of loaner and rental vehicles Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, and ready for use Monitor fleet utilization, turnaround time, and readiness Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for rental and loaner customers Clearly explain rental agreements, policies, and expectations Provide a smooth, professional check‑in and check‑out experience Handle Documentation & Accuracy Complete rental agreements and verify insurance/driver eligibility Conduct vehicle walkarounds at check‑out and return Process billing, returns, and documentation accurately Maintain Fleet Oversight Track vehicle location, condition, and maintenance needs Report damage or issues promptly Coordinate with Service and Detail teams for quick turnaround Collaborate Across Teams Partner with Service Advisors to align vehicle needs with repair timelines Coordinate with Sales and leadership on priorities and availability Support operational efficiency across departments What You Bring: Strong organization and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Comfortable with computer systems and scheduling tools Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What Success Looks Like: Vehicles are ready, available, and in top condition when customers need them Customers experience a seamless, professional process Accurate tracking, billing, and documentation every time Strong collaboration across Service, Sales, and Operations Efficient turnaround and minimal downtime across the fleet Why Fury Motors?
