Position: Home Remodeling Expert (Sales Closer!) Step into a full-time, W-2, outside sales role meeting 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, delivering impactful presentations, and closing high-ticket deals. Top performers are earning up to $300K+/year. Average first-year earnings: $130K$180K.

Job Location: On the road - 30-90 minutes within your home location!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations that WOW homeowners.
• Assess homes, recommend solutions, and close sales on the spot.
• Master our product portfolio and financing options.
• Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Qualifications - What We Are Looking For

• Sales experience is a plus, not required
• Vehicle and License Required
• Strong communication & organization skills, influential personality
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Self-motivated and driven to win; works well independently or on a team
• Industry experience is a plus, not required
