Position Summary

We are seeking a Tennis Student Recruitment Manager with required prior experience in student-athlete recruitment to develop and execute recruitment strategies within the tennis community.

This role will focus on identifying and recruiting student-athletes, developing relationships with tennis academies, clubs, coaches, and families, and converting prospective student-athletes into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective student-athletes , with a primary focus on tennis players.
• Develop and execute student-athlete recruitment strategies to support enrollment goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with tennis academies, clubs, coaches, training programs, tournaments, and other sports organizations .
• Identify prospective student-athletes through existing networks, referrals, tournaments, showcases, events, and direct outreach.
• Communicate with student-athletes and their families regarding academic programs, school services, and athletic opportunities.
• Manage and follow up with prospective student-athletes throughout the recruitment, application, and enrollment process.
• Develop partnerships and referral channels that generate qualified student-athlete leads.
• Attend tennis tournaments, showcases, camps, and other athletic events for recruitment and relationship development.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and track leads, applications, conversions, and enrollments.
• Collaborate with admissions, school leadership, marketing, and student services teams to achieve student recruitment goals.

Required Qualifications

• Prior professional experience in student-athlete recruitment is required.
• Demonstrated experience identifying, recruiting, and converting prospective student-athletes.
• Experience working with student-athletes, parents, coaches, athletic programs, academies, clubs, or sports organizations .
• Strong understanding of the student-athlete recruitment process.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently develop recruitment channels and generate prospective student-athlete leads.
• Willingness to attend tournaments, showcases, camps, and other athletic recruitment events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience recruiting tennis student-athletes .
