Quality Control Technician –
- Performed visual and functional inspections of server components and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Identified, documented, and reported product defects using quality control procedures and inspection tools.
- Conducted first article, in-process, and final inspections to verify product quality before shipment.
- Worked closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintained accurate inspection records, quality reports, and production documentation.
- Used measuring equipment such as calipers, gauges, and other precision tools to verify product dimensions and specifications.
- Ensured compliance with safety regulations, ISO quality standards, and company operating procedures.
- Supported continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvements that reduced defects and increased production efficiency
