Line Cook / Grill Cook — Athenian Grill, Fayette Mall (Lexington, KY)
$15.00–$18.00/hr based on experience
Athenian Grill is hiring an experienced Line Cook / Grill Cook for our Fayette Mall location. We're a family-owned Greek restaurant serving fresh, made-to-order food, and we're looking for someone who can hold a station during a rush and keep the quality consistent.
What you'll do
- Work the grill and line during lunch and dinner service
- Cook gyro, chicken, steak, and other proteins to spec
- Handle prep work and portioning before service
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the rest of the kitchen team as needed
What we're looking for
- Prior line or grill experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure
- Reliable, on time, and ready to work as part of a team
- Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Weekend availability
