National Sales Director, Central
Mineralys Therapeutics
Mineralys Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing aldosterone synthase inhibitors for hypertension and related conditions, seeks a National Sales Director for the Central region to build and lead a commercial sales organization ahead of product launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a regional sales team across the Central U.S. territory
- Build commercial infrastructure supporting first product launch
- Drive market strategy and execution in assigned geography
- Manage sales performance and team development initiatives
Requirements
- Senior field leadership experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
- Experience launching products in large U.S. geographies
- Background in cardiovascular or related therapeutic areas preferred
