Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, using evidence-based assessment tools to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop, implement, and modify personalized evidence-based treatment plans, aligning with each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff to ensure holistic treatment.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and agency policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
