Purpose of Position The Midnight Account Manager is responsible for the overnight supervision of Owner Services, handling flight details and service issues for NetJets Owners. This role includes monitoring overnight flights, ensuring successful service setup for the next day, managing phone calls and emails, performing quality checks on next‑day flights, and acting in a supervisory capacity for Owner Services during the overnight hours. The Manager has the authority to determine monetary credit concessions in accordance with revenue policy, work with partners in Flight Center (Scheduling, Dispatch, Maintenance, SOC) to achieve consensus on actions, and greet Owner flights that use the CMH FBO overnight. Tasks And Responsibilities Communicate: Obtain the pass‑down from the evening shift detailing remaining flights and ongoing issues that need attention overnight. Provide a complete and thorough pass‑down to the Current Day shift. Quality Check: Perform a thorough QC of next‑day flights, including forecasted weather, potential ATC conflicts, and flight‑setup timelines. Account Management: Respond to inbound Owner calls and emails, handle trip booking, changes, planning, and research. Manage Owner Service workload during overnight hours, review and adjust the next‑day flight schedule, and resolve or communicate issues promptly. Represent Owner Services in the SOC, monitor SOC Track and SOC chat, and collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to develop recovery options. Education High School Certifications and Licenses — Years Of Experience 2-4 years of experience Core Competencies Service‑Oriented Curiosity Collaboration Adaptability Strives For Positive Results Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other (KSAOs) Ability to comfortably and effectively make on‑demand decisions with minimal supervision. Demonstrated competency in all Owner Services duties and shifts, including Current Day. Leadership skills with ability to partner and manage internal and external relationships professionally. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take proactive leadership roles when needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels. Detail oriented with priority setting in a dynamic environment. Recognize and address potential operational issues and propose improvements. Proficient PC skills, including MS Office and NetJets software such as iJet II and ETM.
