Senior Associate Attorney

Segal McCambridge , a national litigation firm with nearly four decades of experience, is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join our New York office . This role focuses on New York Labor Law (Sections 240/241) and General Liability litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator who wants meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the support of a collaborative legal team. You’ll manage your own caseload with autonomy, while working alongside seasoned partners who offer mentorship, insight, and support. About the Role You will be responsible for managing a full caseload involving New York Labor Law and general liability claims. The role includes: Handling all phases of litigation from intake through resolution or trial Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents Conducting legal research and analysis Taking and defending depositions Attending court conferences, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations Communicating with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel Collaborating with partners on litigation strategy This is a hybrid position with a flexible mix of remote and in-office work.
