Salesforce Technical Lead

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Salesforce Technical Lead with 4+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce applications and configurations across Sales Cloud , Experience Cloud , and Commerce Cloud platforms. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions. Design and develop custom applications using Force.com , Apex , Visualforce , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud , Experience Cloud , and Commerce Cloud to meet client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in coding, security, and performance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution presentations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration. Strong expertise in Force.com platform , Apex , Visualforce , LWC , and SOQL/SOSL . Proven experience with Sales Cloud , Experience Cloud , and Commerce Cloud . Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
