Full-Time Front of House 

The Smoked Culture is looking for the right person to join our team full-time. 

We’re a fast-casual BBQ restaurant, but the experience we give our guests is anything but basic. We believe in taking care of people...greeting them, learning their names, keeping the dining room cared for, checking in, running food, anticipating what guests need, and making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome.

Relationships matter here. Everyone has a seat at our table.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:30–8:30 PM
Sundays + Mondays off
Full-time, consistent schedule

$45,000–$50,000/year depending on experience + tips/other perks if applicable.

Job Requirements

Taking guest orders accurately and helping guests with menu questions
Providing warm, attentive front-of-house service from the moment guests walk in
Running food, checking on tables and keeping the dining room guest-ready
Answering phones and handling general questions
Taking and organizing catering inquiries and passing along details when needed
Keeping the soda station stocked, clean and organized
Restocking front-of-house supplies throughout the shift
Maintaining cleanliness of the dining room, counters, entry, patio and guest areas
Keeping tables cleared, wiped and ready for the next guest
Helping with opening and closing front-of-house duties
Monitoring to-go orders and making sure orders are complete before they leave
Packaging sauces, utensils, napkins and other takeout supplies
Communicating clearly with the kitchen so service stays smooth
Helping with larger orders and catering pickups
Keeping menus, condiment areas and service stations organized
Watching the floor and stepping in before a guest has to ask
Creating relationships with regulars and making new guests feel just as welcome
Helping wherever needed as part of a small, hands-on team
