Senior Associate General Counsel — Corporate & Regulatory (NY)

Circular Services is seeking an Associate General Counsel to build its in-house team in New York City. This hands-on generalist will partner with facility leadership on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance to drive responsible growth across the U.S.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years as a licensed attorney, with experience in industrial/manufacturing settings, and a proven ability to manage deals, risk, and outside counsel.
