Work Environment\n

This position operates primarily in a remote setting, providing the flexibility needed to conduct client assessments and facilitate care plans from the comfort of your own home. However, you will also be required to visit clients at designated facilities or their homes to ensure comprehensive support. Regular interaction with interdisciplinary teams—comprising healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members—will enhance collaboration and care delivery. Our commitment to work-life balance means that core hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
