Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to establish a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based modalities.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients develop coping strategies and enhance their overall mental health.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Participate actively in a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care tailored to each client's requirements.

• Facilitate regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care provided and share insights with team members.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them throughout their recovery process.
