Join a team where your analytics directly shape how we acquire, engage, and serve small business customers—while helping improve product experiences and profitability through data-driven decisions.As a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate, within the Small Business Card team, you will assess portfolio performance, build executive-ready reporting, and translate customer behavior (spend, payment, and engagement) into insights that inform marketing strategy, resource allocation, and product innovation and partner across marketing, product, finance, and risk to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations and measurable outcomes.Job responsibilities:Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to develop actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes and apply advanced analytical and data mining techniques to identify meaningful patterns and translate findings into customer behavioral insightsCommunicate analytical results clearly to business partners and senior leaders, tailoring messages to different audiences and levels of technical depth and conduct deep-dive analyses to support marketing, finance, and broader business priorities using modern visualization and reporting toolsServe as a subject matter resource for data-driven decision-making by advising on analytical approaches, methods, and measurement and partner with internal stakeholders to solve quantitative business problems, optimize performance, and deliver practical solutions to critical needsCollaborate with data owners and managers to contribute to data models, analytics architecture, and scalable data strategies and identify process improvement opportunities by assessing data quality, surfacing statistical anomalies, and linking insights to business processesManage deliverables with a high degree of autonomy, including program execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process refinementUse generative artificial intelligence and emerging tools to automate repetitive work, accelerate insight generation, and improve decision-making workflowsEvaluate and pilot artificial intelligence-enabled analytics solutions that support marketing acquisition strategy and ongoing performance measurementRequired qualifications, capabilities and skillsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (for example: Computer Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, or related discipline) with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experienceProficiency in Python for data analysis and statistical modeling and strong SQL skills and experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from relational databasesExperience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent technologies and experience applying data mining and analytical methodologies to translate analysis into business actionsExperience creating dashboards, visualizations, or recurring reporting using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or comparable platformsDemonstrated ability to present analytical findings clearly in writing and verbally to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and influence decisions through data-backed recommendationsExperience using emerging technologies, including generative artificial intelligence tools, to improve analytical productivity and workflow efficiencyPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsExperience developing executive-ready dashboards and performance measurement frameworks for marketing and portfolio analyticsDemonstrated ability to influence prioritization and decisions through structured analytics storytelling and clear recommendationsExperience identifying and scaling process improvements that improve data quality, repeatability, and reporting efficiencyExpertise with generative artificial intelligence, large language models, artificial intelligence-assisted coding tools, or workflow automation platformsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
