Job Description: This individual will have full P&L responsibilities for the Missoula Branch.

Required Skills : This individual will have superior relationship skills. They will know and care about their customers, employees, and suppliers. The ideal individual will:

Have a customer service orientation
Inspire confidence in the customers
Be able to take on a small job
Be able to run a job
Be dependable
Have product knowledge
Be aware of the NEC, yet rely on qualified electricians for representations of the NEC
Have business skills
Build teams and develop people
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Inspire confidence in the shareholders
Maintain confidence
Be constantly improving

Education and Experience: High School Diploma and 10 years of experience. More formal electrical (EE, Journeyman, or other) or management education is desirable. Preference will be given to applicants with business relationships in the target area.
