This full-time remote position allows therapists the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a balanced caseload of 10-30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and providing therapeutic interventions for clients using evidence-based modalities.

• Delivering short-term psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups, specifically in an online setting.
\n
• Engaging in crisis intervention strategies, offering brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, and other treatment modalities as indicated by client needs.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure the highest level of care, making timely decisions regarding appropriate care levels and interventions.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical records, documenting client interactions, progress, and coordination of care with other professionals involved in the treatment process.

• Participating actively in clinical team meetings, contributing to planning and quality management efforts within the multidisciplinary team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals experiencing mental health challenges and dual diagnoses. You will work with patients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. Understanding the sociocultural determinants affecting client experiences will be crucial in delivering effective, individualized care. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Ph.D. in a relevant field in the state of Florida.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records to deliver and document client care effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experience will be advantageous:

• Previous experience providing remote therapy services via telehealth platforms.

• Familiarity with a range of evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
