Truss Builder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Sunday through Wednesday from 06:00am to 05:30pm )

• Assemble roof and floor trusses according to blueprints and production specifications using lumber, metal plates, and assembly equipment.
• Operate hand and pneumatic tools such as staple guns, hammers, and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards, measurements, and specifications are met.
• Move, position, lift, carry, and secure lumber and completed components throughout the production process.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area while collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Truss Builder Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy lumber and truss components throughout a 10.75-hour shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with extreme hot and cold temperatures while maintaining productivity and safety.
