Title: Procurement Analyst (IT Strategy & Projects)

Location: Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid (On-site training for 3–4 weeks, then 4 days/week remote)

wWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst with a strong background in IT software procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate will support technology procurement initiatives, manage complex acquisition projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal value across enterprise technology investments

.Required Qualification

• sMinimum 3 years of experience in IT software procurement
• .Experience managing procurement activities for enterprise technology solutions
• .Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• .Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Legal, and Business Units

.Preferred Qualification

sIT Asset Lifecycle & Licensing Expertis

• eStrong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, RaaS, and IaaS licensing models
• .Knowledge of per-user, per-core, and consumption-based licensing structures
• .Ability to mitigate overspending, compliance issues, and software audit risks
• .Familiarity with ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework

.Strategic Contract Negotiatio

• nProven experience negotiating high-value technology contracts
• .Ability to negotiate pricing, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), renewal caps, data sovereignty clauses, and vendor terms
• .Experience driving favorable commercial and operational outcomes

.Technical Project Managemen

• tAbility to manage procurement initiatives as structured projects
• .Experience developing procurement timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication plans
• .Ensure procurement schedules align with technical implementation and rollout requirements

.Complex RFP/RFQ Developmen

• tExperience drafting, evaluating, and scoring complex RFPs, RFQs, and procurement solicitations
• .Ability to develop technically accurate and legally enforceable Statements of Work (SOWs)
• .Experience managing vendor evaluations and selection processes

.Financial & Data Analysi

• sConduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses
• .Develop business cases to support technology investments
• .Analyze procurement data, spending trends, and vendor performance metrics

.Key Responsibilitie

• sLead procurement activities for software, cloud, and technology-related services
• .Manage vendor relationships, contract renewals, and sourcing strategies
• .Evaluate licensing models and recommend cost-effective procurement solutions
• .Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements
• .Prepare procurement documentation, RFPs, RFQs, and vendor evaluation criteria
• .Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for technology investments
• .Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements
• .Track procurement project milestones and provide status updates to leadership
