Early Head Start Teacher – Infant & Toddler Classroom (1- & 2-Year-Olds) Union County Community Action, Inc. Work Location- Monroe, Union County, NC Union County Community Action, Inc. (UCCA) is seeking caring and passionate early childhood educators to join our Early Head Start team. This position works with 1- and 2-year-old children in a nurturing classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while building strong partnerships with families. Starting Rate: Up to $18 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am-3:30pm (40 hours/week) Why Join UCCA? Physical Requirements Must be able to actively supervise infants and toddlers, frequently bend, kneel, sit on the floor, lift and carry children, and move throughout classroom and outdoor environments.
