Technician- MWS Service

Cencora

Cencora seeks a service technician to provide preventative maintenance, repairs, and customer support for Micro Weigh Systems at feed operations near Williamston, Michigan. The role involves onsite and remote troubleshooting, equipment installation, and customer training with significant travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on Micro Weigh Systems onsite and remotely
Install parts, electrical components, and perform welding and fabrication work
Configure dosage settings through system software per nutritionist and veterinarian specifications
Train customer staff on equipment operation, inventory control, and FDA compliance procedures
Transport and deliver equipment to customer sites; respond to emergency service calls

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, welding, and fabrication
Experience with power tools, volt meters, and electrical diagrams
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to lift 100 pounds regularly
Microsoft Office and basic software proficiency
Strong customer service and communication skills
