Key Responsibilities

• Employ radiographic and CT imaging techniques to produce clear diagnostic images for physician review
• Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure accurate patient diagnoses
• Position patients carefully and fine-tune equipment settings for optimum results
• Observe radiation safety protocols to protect patients and fellow staff
• Keep comprehensive records, including maintaining imaging logs and needed equipment updates
• Deliver empathetic care throughout the imaging process to enhance patient experience
• Help maintain a secure, organized, and efficient imaging environment

Education Essentials

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Graduation from an accredited radiology educational program

Necessary Certifications

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
