What you’ll do:

· Receive, review, and process invoices with accuracy and proper approval.

· Match invoices with purchase orders, packing slips, and job cost records.

· Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliations.

· Maintain positive relationships and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.

· Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, and installation managers to ensure accurate job costing.

· Assist with month-end closing, including AP aging reports and accruals.

· Prepare required documentation to support annual audits.

· Heavy data entry and software use

· Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (home services or construction preferred).

· Knowledge of basic invoice matching, job costing, and basic accounting principles.

· Proficiency in accounting software (Service Titan experience is a plus).

· Intermediate Excel skills.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
