Structural Designer

Initially, two weeks on-site at the client location to set up and learn job requirements. Afterward, the individual may work remotely once comfortable with the work and team. Job Description: The Structural Designer 1 position requires 0-5 years of heavy industrial/power plant experience. Job Responsibilities: Producing design and fabrication drawings for structural steel, reinforced concrete, and conceptual designs. Review vendor shop fabrication drawings and prepare material takeoffs. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; steel/concrete detailing experience is a plus. Ability to build effective relationships with customers, design engineering staff, and vendors.
