Product Management and Marketing Manager

VMware @ Broadcom is looking for a seasoned product management and marketing leader responsible for driving the ANS (Application Networking and Security) Division’s security and application delivery products and go‑to‑market initiatives. The role focuses on evangelizing, expanding and inserting VMware’s vDefend lateral security and Avi Load Balancer products with customers, identifying use‑cases, crafting messaging, and leading marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, work with AI for productivity and product evolution, and operate in a fast‑paced start‑up environment. Responsibilities Engage closely with ANS product sales teams and customers across multiple go‑to‑market segments. Partner with product management and architects on strategic direction, roadmap prioritization, product design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Collaborate with cross‑division and corporate teams to develop executive‑level content and impactful messaging. Work with corporate PR for product launches. Produce go‑to‑marketing collateral (white papers, videos, blogs) differentiated by audience, highlighting the technical and business value of the ANS portfolio. Speak at conferences, vMUGs, and related forums. Manage teams with high productivity. Required Skills Thorough knowledge of networking, security, and load balancing. Clear understanding of agentic AI architecture and its implications for cloud infrastructure, security, and load balancing. Articulate and deliver impactful messages to sales teams, customers, and partners. Experience speaking at industry forums and conferences. Experience in outbound and inbound product management, marketing, and business development. Required Education/Experience BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 15+ years of related experience, or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 13+ years of related experience.
