This positionis responsible fororder fulfillment, stocking, packaging, and other material handling, and inventory control tasks to ensure timely and accurateshipments for our customers. Responsibilities Fill prescriptions and orders as writtenin accordance withSOPs and Work Instructions Verify details of the order are correctprior to final pharmacist verification Label, assembly,packageand ship products to customers Coordinate with team counterparts in the Customer Experience Center to provide superior service to clienteleregardingturnaround time andadditionalcustomer expectations Assistwith inventory management Clean andmaintainthe pharmacy workspace Assistwith interdepartmental communication Abide by all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to jobtitle. Follow all state and federal regulationspertaining toprescription dispensing Abide by company privacy policy Performs other duties as may be assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to lift (up to 25 pounds) and repetitious physical activity. Ability to stand forlong periodsof time. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. PTCB is required. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability toidentifyproblems and work to resolve issues Must be able to read, understand SOPs and all guidelines as they relate to the process Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and ability toutilizevarious software programs Must be able to use necessary equipment such as computers, scanners, or other technological devices assigned Ability to work in a team environment Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus Experience working in a customer service environment is a plus Exposure to hazardous chemicals including cleaning agents and disinfectants. #J-18808-Ljbffr
