About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a focus on pre-IPO activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing investor relations, including serving as the primary spokesperson for both buy-side institutional investors and sell-side research analysts. This role involves leading quarterly earnings calls, participating in investor roadshows, and setting market expectations for the company's financial performance. The CFO will also be heavily involved in capital allocation and corporate finance, with a key emphasis on capital raising, credit rating management, and shareholder returns. Additionally, the role includes leading financial aspects of M&A transactions. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a proven track record in investment banking, particularly with experience in US listings. The role requires a native English speaker who is willing to be based in either Hong Kong or the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing capital allocation strategies, managing corporate finance activities, and leading M&A transactions.
