Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities Receive training and hands-on experience with internal HR systems and external vendor platforms Learn and apply laws and regulations governing health and welfare benefits Review and update employee, retiree, dependent, and beneficiary data in Workday and third-party administration systems Review, analyze, and process benefit events and elections in Workday Monitor system integrations and partner with HRIS or senior team members to resolve issues Identify and troubleshoot system or process errors, escalating complex issues Prepare and distribute participant communications and required legal notices with HR Communications and vendors Complete daily administrative activities, including mail monitoring, check processing, life insurance claims, and retiree correspondence Triage participant cases assigned to Total Rewards Operations Research and resolve benefit-related inquiries according to company policies and applicable laws Provide responsive and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Requirements Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related field) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Comfort using Microsoft Office tools Familiarity with Excel for basic data review, formulas, or reporting Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in HR systems management, particularly in Workday, while ensuring compliance with health and welfare benefits regulations.
