This position primarily operates in a remote setting, ensuring a comfortable work-life balance while still allowing for direct patient interactions via telehealth or in-person meetings as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Empowerment Pathways, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of your clients.

• Provide both individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on creating a safe space for open communication.

• Evaluate and treat a variety of issues including:

• Alcohol Abuse

• Physical and Psychological Abuse
\n
• Grief and Loss
\n
• Family Conflicts and Communication Issues
\n
• Adjustment to Separation and Divorce
\n
• Stress Management related to job or medical issues
\n
• Challenges in Blended Families

\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care is provided.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Uphold all ethical and professional standards as dictated by licensure regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
