Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Develop user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Support testing, implementation, and change management activities.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate across Workday, integrations, analytics, and employee experience initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Experience with HR systems and business processes.
- Strong requirements management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
